Christine is a Designated Linklater Voice Teacher & Coach with over 10 years experience. Her actors and students are currently appearing on stage and screen in shows such as Crazy Rich Asians, Sports Desk (TSN), Orphan Black, Saving Hope, Grey’s Anatomy, Kevin at Work, TSC, The Book of Mormon (Mirvish), Kinky Boots (Mirvish), Infinity (Tarragon), Spoon River (Soulpepper), Hamlet (Why Not Theatre) and the Stratford and Shaw Festivals.

She was on faculty for Humber College Theatre Performance Program for 7 years. She taught on all 3 years of the program, and coached on department productions, including Wasted on the Young (Nina Lee Aquino), This Side of Heaven, (Varrick Grimes), The Tin Drum (Tatiana Jennings) and a devised project based on the writings of Gabriel Garcia Marques (Jennings).

Through her company, SHINE Creative Coaching, Christine continues to coach a wide array of corporate clients, from CEO’s to On-Air Hosts, Entreprenurs, and award-winning Designers. This year, she also served as an Expert Advisor to the Active Citizens Social Enterprise Programme run by the United Nations Association (Canada).

Christine holds a BFA in Acting (UBC) an MA in Voice and Speech (CSSD, Univeristy of London), and Linklater Voice Designation.

Christine doesn’t believe in perfect voices. She believes that truth is more compelling than perfection, and that sharing our stories and ideas through our voices (in the boardroom, onstage, and in life), is a powerful and revolutionary act.
