Please read the Terms and Conditions before signing up for any of the Linklater Live Zoom Webinars

  1. You should have a good internet connection for taking this Webinar.
  2. In order to participate in these Webinars you will need to download and familiarise yourselves with the Zoom program (it is free to join). 
  3. Please familiarise yourself with the Zoom layout on your particular computer. You can practise by going into Zoom and arranging a test meeting with yourself. There are loads of helpful videos and tutorials you can watch on the Zoom page.
  4. It is important to familiarise yourself with the mute/unmute button and the video settings.
  5. You will be responsible for any technical issues from your end.
  6. Please add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to your safe server list to ensure you receive all the correspondance.
  7. Zoom Webinar Invitation Link will be embedded within the booking confirmation email that you will receive after having made your online booking.
  8. Please check your spam folder for your automated reply with the zoom code.
  9. No additional reminder will be sent out. Please set your own diary reminder for the webinar.
  10. Zoom links and passwords should never be shared.
  11. On the day, click on the link you have received which will take you into Zoom
  12. The waiting room function will be in place. Please wait to be invited into the Webinar.
  13. Your microphone should be muted before you enter and throughout the session.
  14. Webinar attendance starts 15 minutes before the designated time.
  15. The webinar will start promptly at the designated time.
  16. You should wear loose clothing you can breathe and stretch in, have a towel or yoga mat and water bottle nearby.
  17. We suggest you use the 'Pin Video' feature to get the best view of the teacher rather than the gallery view.
  18. You can choose to hide or show your video screen.
  19. The chat facility will be disabled during the session.
  20. But open at the end for any comments and testimonials you would like to share.
  21. The Webinar will start promptly at the designated time.
  22. The webinar fee is shown in £’s Sterling, this is approximately $19 but will vary depending on exchange rates.
  23. Your receipt and invoice will be in Sterling.
  24. The Linklater Live sessions will not be recorded.
