This 8 hour course runs over four Tuesdays, 2 hours per day - 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th November 2021. The sessions weave together different themes.
1, Grow Your Story - 10am - 12pm - November 9th
2. Change - 10am - 12pm - November 16th

Being together is part of being human, to be social, to exchange ideas, thoughts and feelings is part of our essential nature. Yet, it does not always feel easy. After periods of isolation and change it can be a challenge to be with other people again. Communicating face to face can get rusty, but it will blossom again.
Over the past months gathering together has been recast as undesirable. Now is the time to reset, to move forward and rebuild social and creative bonds.
These sessions act as a springboard to participating in groups through creative exercises and seek to specifically develop confidence and growth.
Each session offers opportunities to pause, reflect, create and grow. Activities will encourage a sense of wellbeing and resilience through practical steps of self-care and creative exploration.
By participating in all four sessions you will discover and rediscover your energy and confidence, and move forward in your creative and professional life.
After each session there will be an opportunity to bring a packed lunch and socialise in the inspiring Kristin Linklater Voice Centre.
